Deferred Services
Take this course to understand how to manage your deferred services.
Although your customers may not be approving additional work to be performed on their vehicle at the present time, it is important to track any deferred services that arise from technician recommendations and/or service advisor upsells. A deferred service is any job that has been added to the service order as a request line and then flagged as a ‘Deferred Service’ by the service advisor. This information can then be used in the future to create campaigns that will get your customers back in the door to perform that much needed service to their vehicle.
